Jared Kushner, the son-in-law and top adviser to former US President Donald Trump, and his wife, Ivanka Trump, walk toward Marine One at the White House on March 3, 2017.
Jared Kushner, the son-in-law and top adviser to former US President Donald Trump, plans to launch an investment firm, a move that many believe would take him away from politics, Reuters reported.
According to the report, Kushner is in the final stages of launching an investment firm, dubbed as "Affinity Partners," in Miami, Florida.
He is also looking to open an office in the Middle East to pursue investments in Israels economy as well as in India, North African countries and the Arab states of Persian Gulf, two informed sources told Reuters.
During his presence at the White House, Kushner was responsible for conducting the normalization process between the Zionist regime and the Arab countries of the Middle East, which sparked harsh criticism among the Muslim nations.
Kushners decision to step away from politics comes as Trump has clearly stated he is considering another run for the 2024 presidential election.
Nearly nine months after the 2020 election, the former president still keeps announcing himself as the winner of the November race against Joe Biden, whom he accuses of having become president through voter fraud.
Trump incited his supporters to storm the Capitol Hill on January 6 while the lawmakers were busy with certifying Bidens victory.
The protest resulted in the death of at least five people, including a police officer who was guarding the Congress building.
However, the protesters, including members of Proud Boys, failed to overturn the outcome of the presidential election in favor of Trump.
